Mr Christopher Andrew Fonteyn MBE.JP. - Chair of Governors

 

I have been a governor at Wollescote Primary School since 1992.  I am also the Vice Chairman to the Board of Governors at King Edward VI College in Stourbridge.  Within my role of Chair of Governors at Wollescote Primary School I have a responsibility  to ensure the pupils receive the best possible education.  I am proud to be associated with this good school which serves the local community in a positive and effective way.  The Governing Body works with dedication to ensure the highest possible standards.

 

 

Mrs Elizabeth Mary Walker - Vice Chair of Governors

 

I have been a governor at Wollescote Primary School since 1978.  I am also a Corporation governor at Dudley College.  I feel very passionate about the local community and I feel that for many reasons I am able to bring my experience and expertise to my Governors role at Wollescote Primary School.

 

Mr Fred Shaw

 

I have been a governor at Wollescote Primary School since 2012.  I have a willingness to serve the community and to help young people aspire to greater things in life. I coordinate links between Wollescote primary School and Stourbridge Rotary Club 

 

Mrs Gail Bedford

 

I have been a governor since 2016 at Wollescote Primary School. I used to be a Headteacher at a Dudley school in Stourbridge. I am passionate about writing, especially boys writing.

 

Mrs Jo Quigley

 

I have been the Headteacher of our wonderful school since 2011, and before that I was the Headteacher of three other schools and a school inspector for a local authority.  This is my favourite school ever, and I love being your Headteacher. I am so proud of our children at Wollescote, they are so polite and so positive about their learning. They demonstrate the Wollescote Way at all times.

 

Mrs Jami Walker

 

I have been Wollescote Primary School's Assistant Headteacher since 2015, and before that I was the early years leader at a Dudley School. My passion working with parents to ensure their children have the best start with their education. I am very proud of the work we do at Wollescote with parents, our workshops and events have such a positive impact on children's learning.
